How to delete your UTS Mentimeter account.
It is not possible to disconnect your existing account from the UTS license. To transfer your presentations to another account, see the resource Copy your Mentimeter presentation into a different account
If you want to delete your UTS Mentimeter account, you can do this by contacting Mentimeter via support@mentimeter.com and adding ‘Delete account’ in the subject line.
Mentimeter also offers a template for deleting your account. You can access the template by following these steps:
On your dashboard in Mentimeter click on the profile icon in the upper right corner and select ‘Settings’
At the bottom of the page, find the ‘Delete account’ section:
Click on support to access a pre-filled email template.
Once your account is deleted, all data, including presentations and results will be permanently deleted within 14 days and cannot be restored.
