If so, your experience at UTS is a focus area in the UTS People Strategy (UTS staff login required). To this end, a research study is currently being undertaken to understand your lived experienced as a UTS staff member on a casual teaching contract.
This research will provide guidance on how to improve your experience here at UTS, as well as provide input into ongoing people planning and development policies.
