Learn how to manually create, update and delete Teams via the Teams tab.
Teams are used for marking group assessments where everyone receives the same grade and feedback. Teams must be added to REVIEW by the Subject Coordinator.
Always check that the correct Assessment Task is selected before creating, editing or deleting Teams.
Manually create teams
To manually create a Team in REVIEW:
- Open the Teams tab, then Select Create
- Check that the correct Assessment Task is selected
- Type the name of the Team in the Add Team field
- Click Add New to create the Team
Add students to a Team
To manually add students to a Team:
- In the Class Editor tab, choose the assessment task you wish to add teams for.
- If required, select Update in the Team Allocation section
- Select the relevant Team from the Team Name drop-down list
- Select the relevant student(s) from the Unassigned column
- Click Add to move the Team Allocated Students column
- Click Save Team Changes
Manually delete teams
A Team cannot be deleted if marks exist for it.
To delete a Team:
- Select Update
- Select the Team from the Team Name drop down menu
- Click Delete, then OK to confirm
