The LX.lab is committed to supporting our learning and teaching community through these uncertain times. From Monday 23rd March, the LX.lab will be operating fully online, with all face-to-face consultations replaced by Zoom meetings. We will be working at full capacity to continue providing learning technologies support and learning design assistance to teaching staff.
If you are teaching and require support, please lodge a ticket at lxlabservices.uts.edu.au. All consultations must now be booked this way.
If you have already made a booking, we will get in touch with you through ServiceConnect and email.
LX.lab online
Drop-ins and face-to-face consultations will be replaced by remote consultations via Zoom. To book a remote consultation with one of our learning designers, head to lxlabservices.uts.edu.au, select the LX.lab Support tile and choose Remote Consultation. A meeting invite will follow with a Zoom meeting ID.
Live Chat will also be available during our support hours. Head to https://lx-dev.uts.edu.au/ and ask the LX.lab team anything about teaching online and Zoom.
Coronavirus Toolkit for teaching
The Coronavirus toolkit for teaching is a website developed to support staff moving to remote teaching at short notice. Please search and read the resources in the Toolkit before requesting support in case your question is already answered online.
Workshops & Webinars
LX.lab workshops and webinars will continue to be offered in online mode. Please bear with us while we reschedule or replace some workshops. Head to https://lx-dev.uts.edu.au/resources/workshops-and-events/ to see what’s on this week – recordings of recent events that may assist with your online teaching are now avaiable on this page too.
